Quick update here from ElCon HQ. Our July 17th show at Dusty’s Cellar in Okemos has been postponed until further notice. A few folks had expressed interest in coming, but we’ll probably be moving this into August.

It’s been a tough month for The Elevator Conspiracy. We’ve lost two members, bringing us down to a trio, the core that we started things off with.

Our saxophone man, and sometime musical director, moved south to Houston where his fiance was going for work — We wish you well, Mike. Before he left, though, he did receive the status of Life Member of The Elevator Conspiracy, so he’ll pop up here and there, for surprise appearances and the like. We’ll miss you, man!

Willbur Moore has decided to leave the group to pursue other endeavors. We wish you luck, Will!

As well, we’re working with some other folks, musically, but we’re going to keep that under wraps for now, with more to come.

To everyone who came out last night at the Basement 414, thank you! It was great a show and all of the bands sounded great. We’re slowly branching out beyond mid-Michigan and hope to hit Ann Arbor, Grand Rapids and Detroit in the coming months.
